POSITIONS AVAILABLE

– Quality Inspector –

Responsible for detailed inspection of product and interpreting blueprints.  Applicants should have above average math skills, good Windows computer skills (particularly Microsoft Excel), be detail-oriented, and be responsible and reliable.  Previous inspection experience is preferred, but not required.  Includes on-the-job training.

 Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Conducting in-process and setup inspections in relation to all standards of presentation and quality for products
  • Detailed reading and understanding of customer blueprints
  • Measuring with precision inspection equipment
  • Visually inspecting components for defects
  • Documenting results and efficiently communicating findings or problems

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

– CNC Machinist –

Responsible for operating CNC machines and inspecting produced parts.  Applicants should have above average math skills, basic computer skills, and pay close attention to detail.  Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.   Includes on-the-job training. 

 Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Producing quality machined component parts by operating/maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines
  • Reading and understanding blueprints
  • Measuring components with precision inspection equipment
  • Visually inspecting and monitoring components for defects
  • Documenting results

  Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

– Deburring Technician –

Responsible for cleaning and removing burrs and sharp edges from products.  Applicants should have basic computer skills, basic math skills, and be responsible and reliable.  Includes on-the-job training.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Adherence to established cleaning/deburring practices and customer specific requirements
  • Reading blueprints, operation sheets, and/or instructions from management to determine cleaning or deburring needs
  • Learning cleaning/deburring techniques, different types of materials, and correct application of processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
